I bought bare minerals and i dont feel like its covering up all i need?

I feel like it is not covering up all my blemishes and i kept putting it on more and it doesnt seem to do it, what would you recomend and i dont have the bare minerals consealer i am considering buying it but not sure if it will help or not?

I know how you feel. I have Bare Minerals and yea it doesn%26#039;t cover much but it does a decent job and makes it look natural. Don%26#039;t buy the Bare Minerals concealer. It doesn%26#039;t make a difference because I have it. You might have to buy a seperate concealer (probably cream or liquid) to put first and maybe a good primer before you put anything else. I have VERY bad skin so maybe this is just according to me but I do suggeest you to get a really good concealer. And don%26#039;t keep on re-applying the Bare Minerals because it will make your skin look dry and/or cakey.

looser me and my nana use it and it works on us you just must be the odd one out soz nothing you can do about it and the conceler dosn,t really work it makes your skin look lighter when you cover up bloches and then you look pachy sozz pooser

my mom bought it for her, and then me last christmas


and i feel the same way. i have freckles, so i really need the good coverage, and ive had to switch because its just not good enough. i have the maybelline dream matte mousse now. it works well to put that on and then warmth from bare minerals over it to give it a more natural glowing look.:]
Reply:No it does not cover up well, it has light-medium coverage. I would suggest putting on a good foundation primer like Clinique. It helps even out your skin tone and covers more blemishes using a combo of neutrogena concealer. I personally love bare minerals though because it does not make me break out after a long day wear.
Reply:i understand i have the same problem. BUT i managed to jump over the fence. wat i do is after applying my primer, i put on a liquid concealer (then put the foundation all over my face), or i just use the foundation with the concealer brush over my blemish before putting it all over my face. and voila! problem solved. hope i helped ( i use benefit%26#039;s boi-ing concealer if that helps!)
Reply:I use Mineral Girlz mineral makeup and what I do to cover blemishes is to take a chisel brush (available at http://www.mineralgirlz.com/members/kori... and fill it with mineral foundation. Then use it to spot treat. I even have used a shade lighter foundation to do under my eyes to cover dark circles.





After I%26#039;ve spot treated, then I go over my whole face with the mineral foundation. Works great!
