if you don%26#039;t have the steadiest hand, opt for a black eyeliner pen, they can be expensive, but bourjois does a good one. then on the bottom, use just a kohl pencil, it should be a smouldering one, if you have enought money, get bad gal by benefit.

just start at the corners and try to copy the picture

good luck!

Reply:Okay well for the top take the eye liner and put it on top as close to ur eye lashes as possible. Than start from the corners on the bottom and lightly put it on the bottom half of ur eye.

Reply:Liquid eyeliner is too hard for someone to %26quot;get%26quot; if they haven%26#039;t been doing it a long time. I%26#039;d suggest you use a good brand of pencil (since it won%26#039;t be too dry and pull at your eyelid%26#039;s skin) and make it VERY sharp with your eyeliner sharpener. Start from the inner corner of your eyelid, and pull it gently out...make it as skinny as you can, because it%26#039;s easier to make it darker later than to take it off if it%26#039;s too much.

It helps to pull the skin taut with your other hand, if you need your line to be steadier. i.e., pull on the skin beside the outside of your eye.

Draw a thin line right against your top lash line...you can make it a bit thicker as it gets towards the outer corner. Then do a thin line on the bottom, too...but stop a little more than halfway across, leaving the inner corner bare. Try to either taper the point off, or blend it in so it isnt%26#039; too abrupt when it stops.
Reply:okay..i am like a eye liner expert! okay so on the bottom just put it on the bottom outside corners in the eyelid (not underneath) do just a fine like underneath. on the top do it heavier on the outside corners to about 1/4th your eye. then from there on just do it very lightly. then just apply mascara going from outside-in. use more on the outside for a dusky, cute look. any questions just ask me!
